Spacious 3-Bedroom Home in Basildon, Essex London

Positive: Fantastic location, everything had been provided and alot of thought and effort had gone into making sure stay was as comfortable as possible. Negative: Nothing not to like, parking wasn't guaranteed but there were plenty of places to park directly outside property

Positive: Hosts were great. Excellent communication before and during the stay. Bread, milk and biscuits given with welcom3 pack. Was able to check in a little earlier. Was in a great location for what we needed. Nice big house, comfortable for a family of 5. Nice garden space with decking. Negative: The property was not clean. Beds were a little uncomfortable. There was a dead bird in the garden that the cleaners had missed. The kitchen and dishes were dirty. The pots and pans hadnt been cleaned and there was nothing to clean them with meaning more costs. Stains on the carpets and walls throughout the house. The toilet seat badly needed replacing, all rims were stained yellow from not being cleaned properly. Some of the bedding was dirty. The whole house was just a bit grubby and needed a deep clean.
